In-Store Vs Online Prices

Why do some products have 2 different prices displayed, for in-store vs online purchases?

This is because it reflects certain benefits you will receive buying in store vs online. Those include having having expert advice at hand in our stores to ensure you purchase the right product for your needs. Our experts can assess your requirements, demonstrate products, and also you can try-before-you-buy. It also means we can set the product up for you and you can take the item home the same day. The aftercare received from your local store will also allow you to be worry-free. To this end, the warranty cover on in-store purchases is substantially more extensive than with online purchases.

In order for us to provide our customers with all the desirable features from our industry-leading stores we have additional costs that allow us to provide the service required. This is reflected in the difference of prices online vs in store. Most online products are also drop-shipped directly from the manufacturers as kerb side delivery so this will have to be unboxed and set up by the purchaser. What tyre pressure do I need?

The rear tyres require 35 PSI for a comfortable ride, the eFOLDi Lite has a solid front tyre

What size inner tube will I need if I get a puncture?

The rear tyres are 10″ x 2″

Is the handlebar or seat height adjustable?

No, neither are able to be adjusted.

Can I charge the eFOLDi Lite with the battery left in?

No the battery must be removed from your eFOLDi Lite for charging. It simply unclips from its position.

Are there keys with my eFOLDi Lite?

No.

What sort of braking system does my eFOLDi Lite have?

The eFOLDi Lite has a magnetic braking system linked to its throttle, as you release the throttle the brake is progressively engaged. The magnetic brake can be released should you need to free wheel the eFOLDi Lite.

Can I take my eFOLDi Lite on an aeroplane?

The eFOLDi Lite and its battery are fully airline compliant, but should be verified with each airline before traveling.

Engineers Delivery

For an extra £150, your order can be delivered by an engineer within 7-14 working days subject to availability.

This is a good option if you suffer from mobility limitations, live in a rural area or in a second floor flat/apartment, or would just prefer a more personalised delivery experience.

You will receive a phone call to arrange a delivery date/time to suit you. On the day of your choice, the engineer will arrive and assemble your product and ensure it’s in full working order. Then they will provide a full demonstration, including charging, preparing and assembling/disassembling your product. The engineer will be happy to answer any of your questions during this time, and will even take all the unnecessary packaging with them when they leave.
