Every detail of the VelumiLi Rascal scooter makes a statement. This is the lightest Rascal ever at just 32.8kg including the battery. Electric Mobility have worked hard on the VelumiLi Rascal, and they really believe in it. So buyers can reap the benefits of a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty. And that warranty includes the battery pack. A battery that stands out from the crowd: a British-made and air-safe lithium ferro-phosphate power source.
Cracking Cost-Efficiency
This small but mighty 4mph boot scooter is great value for money. Available in your choice of 5 vibrant colours, the slimline aluminium frame is just 18.6 inches wide, yet the sturdy frame and transaxle provide enviable ride quality. Dual 8″ compound tyres provide a smooth ride. There are two easy access charging point options: one on the tiller and one on the battery box. The latter is removable for indoor charging. Another touch of convenience.

The front section weighs just 10.2kg. There’s a T-Bar tiller locking feature for easy transportation. The compact VelumiLi Rascal offers an exceptional 1150mm turning radius and marvellous manoeuvrability all-round. The range tops out at 11.6 miles, and this scooter is an ideal choice for indoor and outdoor use alike. The generously-sized front basket is quick to attach and detach. It’s perfect for those bitesize shopping trips! For your safety and reassurance, there’s an LED front light and side reflective strip included as standard.

Engineers Delivery
For an extra £150, your order can be delivered by an engineer within 7-14 working days subject to availability.
This is a good option if you suffer from mobility limitations, live in a rural area or in a second floor flat/apartment, or would just prefer a more personalised delivery experience.
You will receive a phone call to arrange a delivery date/time to suit you. On the day of your choice, the engineer will arrive and assemble your product and ensure it’s in full working order. Then they will provide a full demonstration, including charging, preparing and assembling/disassembling your product. The engineer will be happy to answer any of your questions during this time, and will even take all the unnecessary packaging with them when they leave.
