Engineer’s Delivery – For an extra £150, your order can be delivered by an engineer within 7-14 working days subject to availability.
This is a good option if you suffer from mobility limitations, live in a rural area or in a second floor flat/apartment, or would just prefer a more personalised delivery experience.
You will receive a phone call to arrange a delivery date/time to suit you. On the day of your choice, the engineer will arrive and assemble your product and ensure it’s in full working order. Then they will provide a full demonstration, including charging, preparing and assembling/disassembling your product. The engineer will be happy to answer any of your questions during this time, and will even take all the unnecessary packaging with them when they leave.
Delivery of Bespoke Made to Order Products
Please note prescriptive/bespoke products can take anywhere between 3-8 weeks to be made and delivered. Your trusted mobility assessor will be able to provide a more accurate lead time on completion of the initial assessment.

A real quality piece of kit. It’ll be easy to get spare parts for if needed, since Van Os keeps a good stock right here in Britain, I’ve been reliably informaed. Hopefully it’ll never come to that, but it is nice to have something to fall back on should the worst come to the worst. Mr Colwell

I enjoy how the front basket can be easily removed and attached. I like versatility in my scooters and this has that in spades. The Granny basket can come in hand admittedly bu it also allows me to not feel self conscious about it on my off days.
