Yes! You can always pop into one of our stores to try any product. If you are unable to make it into one of our stores, please get in touch and we can arrange a free home demonstration.
Can it be used in the rain?
We don’t recommend that our powered mobility products are stored or used in the rain unless appropriate covering/shelter is used.
What accessories are compatible with this product?

Are any mobility scooters allowed on a motorway?
According to UK Law, no mobility scooters are allowed on a motorway. They also can’t drive on bus or cycle lanes. We don’t recommend using them on dual carriageways either.
Can I get a rain canopy for this scooter?
There is currently no rain canopy available for this scooter. Be assured that, should this change in the future, Lifestyle & Mobility will be the first to let you know!
What colour options are available for this scooter?
This scooter is available in a choice of blue or sand.
How is scooter range calculated?
Scooter range is generally calculated under test conditions, which are not easily replicated in the real world. This means that the scooter will be used on an entirely flat surface, with ideal weather conditions and with a minimal user weight. Because of this, scooters tend not to meet their entire stated range outside factory conditions.
Does this scooter have any USB charging ports?
This scooter does not have any USB charging ports
Would this be considered to be a budget or premium mobility scooter?
This would be considered a premium boot scooter. Boot scooters are not one of the more expensive varieties of mobility scooter, generally speaking. However, this is a high-end model within that scooter variety.

Engineers Delivery
For an extra £150, your order can be delivered by an engineer within 7-14 working days subject to availability.
This is a good option if you suffer from mobility limitations, live in a rural area or in a second floor flat/apartment, or would just prefer a more personalised delivery experience.
You will receive a phone call to arrange a delivery date/time to suit you. On the day of your choice, the engineer will arrive and assemble your product and ensure it’s in full working order. Then they will provide a full demonstration, including charging, preparing and assembling/disassembling your product. The engineer will be happy to answer any of your questions during this time, and will even take all the unnecessary packaging with them when they leave.
