A New Breed of Lightweight Boot Scooter
The Airium, a recent release from Motion Healthcare, is one of the lightest pavement scooters currently on the UK market. Whilst this is a lightweight boot scooter, whose heaviest part is just 13kg. Disassembling and reassembly of this scooter is so easy as a result. Being so light doesn’t mean that this scooter lacks a high weight capacity. It will comfortably carry users of up to 21.4 stone.
The lightweight aluminium chassis, combined with a lithium battery, keeps this a very manageable product.
Lightweight, Heavy Duty
Solid puncture-proof tyres work in combination with 2 inches of ground clearance. That ground clearance figure is a particular stand-out in the boot scooter field, and no less than you’d expect from a robustly-constructed Motion Healthcare mobility scooter. You’ll also appreciate the full suspension featured on the Airium.
The long-range lithium batteries can be charged on-board the scooter, or removed and charged in a more convenient location for you. Naturally, being lithium batteries, they have a longer lifespan than traditional mobility scooter batteries.

Engineers Delivery
For an extra £150, your order can be delivered by an engineer within 7-14 working days subject to availability.
This is a good option if you suffer from mobility limitations, live in a rural area or in a second floor flat/apartment, or would just prefer a more personalised delivery experience.
You will receive a phone call to arrange a delivery date/time to suit you. On the day of your choice, the engineer will arrive and assemble your product and ensure it’s in full working order. Then they will provide a full demonstration, including charging, preparing and assembling/disassembling your product. The engineer will be happy to answer any of your questions during this time, and will even take all the unnecessary packaging with them when they leave.
