What types of sofas are available in your collection?
We have a very large variety going from 2 – 4 seaters, sofa beds, footstools, twister chairs, and much much more!
Do you offer a service whereby the sofa is assembled upon delivery?
We do indeed offer a service of this kind, upon checkout select engineers delivery and we will work with you to arrange a delivery date where this service will be provided.
What is your returns policy?
For non bespoke products there is a 14 day return policy, for bespoke products there is no refund policy in place due to it being specially made for the order in question.
What furniture is and isn’t bespoke?
Made-to-order furniture is bespoke. Note that sometimes, certain frame, fabric, finish options etc, may be considered to make a product bespoke, where certain other options might be considered as standard, non-bespoke choices. That is usually because these options are held as core stock. Bespoke products are non-refundable once the order has been placed with the manufacturer.
If you have any questions as to whether your chosen options for a variable furniture product are bespoke, please do get in touch with us to ask, either via LiveChat, online@lifestyleandmobility.co.uk or on 02081 597070. This is particularly important since there are no hard-and-fast rules between products as to which variants are considered bespoke, and which are not.

Engineers Delivery
For an extra £150, your order can be delivered by an engineer within 7-14 working days subject to availability.
This is a good option if you suffer from mobility limitations, live in a rural area or in a second floor flat/apartment, or would just prefer a more personalised delivery experience.
You will receive a phone call to arrange a delivery date/time to suit you. On the day of your choice, the engineer will arrive and assemble your product and ensure it’s in full working order. Then they will provide a full demonstration, including charging, preparing and assembling/disassembling your product. The engineer will be happy to answer any of your questions during this time, and will even take all the unnecessary packaging with them when they leave.
