Why do some products have 2 different prices displayed, for in-store vs online purchases?

This is because it reflects certain benefits you will receive buying in store vs online. Those include having having expert advice at hand in our stores to ensure you purchase the right product for your needs. Our experts can assess your requirements, demonstrate products, and also you can try-before-you-buy. It also means we can set the product up for you and you can take the item home the same day. The aftercare received from your local store will also allow you to be worry-free. To this end, the warranty cover on in-store purchases is substantially more extensive than with online purchases.

In order for us to provide our customers with all the desirable features from our industry-leading stores we have additional costs that allow us to provide the service required. This is reflected in the difference of prices online vs in store. Most online products are also drop-shipped directly from the manufacturers as kerb side delivery so this will have to be unboxed and set up by the purchaser. The RX 20 Modulite is very much an everyday mobility solution. Its clean, modern base with sleek colour shrouds provides a fresh look. With its compact base, the RX20 is extremely versatile and manoeuvrable. The tight turning radius this chair offers makes it ideal for small spaces.

It performs well indoors or out and about, thanks to being ideal for positioning at tables or desks or use in wheelchair accessible vehicles (WAVs).

Modulite Modernity

Modulite is a seating system offering users a splendid range of adjustments. Select your ideal seat cushions, and be enticed by a brilliant bevy of backrests.

Modulite offers you 20 or 30 degrees of tilt and 30 degrees of recline for maximum pressure relief. You can also enjoy the ergonomic benefits of stepless adjustments in seat depth, width, angle and centre of gravity to ensure a perfect fit. Additionally, the leg and armrests are adjustable and removable.

Engineers Delivery

For an extra £150, your order can be delivered by an engineer within 7-14 working days subject to availability.

This is a good option if you suffer from mobility limitations, live in a rural area or in a second floor flat/apartment, or would just prefer a more personalised delivery experience.

You will receive a phone call to arrange a delivery date/time to suit you. On the day of your choice, the engineer will arrive and assemble your product and ensure it’s in full working order. Then they will provide a full demonstration, including charging, preparing and assembling/disassembling your product. The engineer will be happy to answer any of your questions during this time, and will even take all the unnecessary packaging with them when they leave.

Such a great experience. Kevin came round to do the assessment and was so lovely. I was a little nervous about being judged as a young person in need of mobility aids but he made me feel at ease and explained everything so clearly. He didn’t even mind when my mum and I started bickering about the colour! And the trial chair he brought round was so comfy! Afterwards I spoke to Nigel who was equally lovely and helped us to get the payment sorted. They just made things so easy and I can’t wait for the chair to be delivered!!
