In-Store Vs Online Prices

Why do some products have 2 different prices displayed, for in-store vs online purchases?

This is because it reflects certain benefits you will receive buying in store vs online. Those include having having expert advice at hand in our stores to ensure you purchase the right product for your needs. Our experts can assess your requirements, demonstrate products, and also you can try-before-you-buy. It also means we can set the product up for you and you can take the item home the same day. The aftercare received from your local store will also allow you to be worry-free. To this end, the warranty cover on in-store purchases is substantially more extensive than with online purchases.

In order for us to provide our customers with all the desirable features from our industry-leading stores we have additional costs that allow us to provide the service required. This is reflected in the difference of prices online vs in store. Most online products are also drop-shipped directly from the manufacturers as kerb side delivery so this will have to be unboxed and set up by the purchaser. The Furmanac MiBed Mitford gives a luxurious supportive feel, due to its 50mm of memory foam sitting on top of a supportive layer of reflex foam, giving a firm feel.

This adjustable bed fits to the contours of the body, offering full support everywhere it is needed, and helps to keep the spine in natural alignment, promoting better posture and helping to relieve pressure. The memory foam topper absorbs energy so even the movement of others doesn’t cause a disturbance. The viscose cover gives a soft feel whilst the Adaptive Technology helps to keep the user cool and the mattress well ventilated.

The motorised adjustable frame offers endless positioning options, ensuring the user can find their ideal position for comfort. The easy to use classic hand controller has buttons for optimum positioning. The sprung slats adapts to exerted pressure offering improved back support, and includes a sprung shoulder zone, giving even more support to the head and neck area. The gaps allow air to pass freely improving ventilation, keeping your mattress fresher for longer.

Engineers Delivery

For an extra £150, your order can be delivered by an engineer within 7-14 working days subject to availability.

This is a good option if you suffer from mobility limitations, live in a rural area or in a second floor flat/apartment, or would just prefer a more personalised delivery experience.

You will receive a phone call to arrange a delivery date/time to suit you. On the day of your choice, the engineer will arrive and assemble your product and ensure it’s in full working order. Then they will provide a full demonstration, including charging, preparing and assembling/disassembling your product. The engineer will be happy to answer any of your questions during this time, and will even take all the unnecessary packaging with them when they leave.
