In-Store Vs Online Prices

Why do some products have 2 different prices displayed, for in-store vs online purchases?

This is because it reflects certain benefits you will receive buying in store vs online. Those include having having expert advice at hand in our stores to ensure you purchase the right product for your needs. Our experts can assess your requirements, demonstrate products, and also you can try-before-you-buy. It also means we can set the product up for you and you can take the item home the same day. The aftercare received from your local store will also allow you to be worry-free. To this end, the warranty cover on in-store purchases is substantially more extensive than with online purchases.

In order for us to provide our customers with all the desirable features from our industry-leading stores we have additional costs that allow us to provide the service required. This is reflected in the difference of prices online vs in store. Most online products are also drop-shipped directly from the manufacturers as kerb side delivery so this will have to be unboxed and set up by the purchaser. This is the case with variably-priced products. Prescriptive items in particular, e.g. powerchairs, have a base price which can vary greatly from the price with cost add-ons. For all variable products, the in-store price shown is the in-store price for the base model, i.e. the lowest-cost version of the product. The Furmanac MiBed Hylton is part of the Essential Collection, Furmanacs range of entry level adjustable beds, that do not compromise on style, quality or comfort.

Offering a more traditional style bed combined with the advanced technology of Motion Intelligence.

The Hylton is our entry level bed, offering an affordable, easy to use bed that doesn’t compromise on quality or comfort. The adjustable, 5 part motorised frame enables the user to find their perfect position whether it be for sleeping, resting or watching tv, all at the control of the easy to use 6 button handset.

The Furmanac MiBed Hylton comes complete with a medium – soft feel, 800ct pocket sprung mattress, which promotes natural alignment of the spine and helps to ensure your weight is evenly distributed, reducing the amount of strain on your body. The taped edge and flag stitched handles facilitate easy turning of the mattress.

The multi slatted motorised system adapts to exerted pressure offering improved back support and facilitates even weight distribution, which can help to improve blood circulation, whilst the gaps allow air to pass freely beneath the bed, keeping the mattress fresher for longer.

Available in 2’6, 3’0, 5’0 (2 X 2’6) or 6’0 (2 X 3’0) sizes.

An end drawer can also be added for extra storage.

Engineers Delivery

For an extra £150, your order can be delivered by an engineer within 7-14 working days subject to availability.

This is a good option if you suffer from mobility limitations, live in a rural area or in a second floor flat/apartment, or would just prefer a more personalised delivery experience.

You will receive a phone call to arrange a delivery date/time to suit you. On the day of your choice, the engineer will arrive and assemble your product and ensure it’s in full working order. Then they will provide a full demonstration, including charging, preparing and assembling/disassembling your product. The engineer will be happy to answer any of your questions during this time, and will even take all the unnecessary packaging with them when they leave.
