The award-wining eFoldi is the lightest and most compact folding powered scooter of its type in the world. Called ‘Folding Magic’ by Sir Richard Branson, it transforms from a powered scooter to a chair to a wheeled suitcase in seconds, travels at up to 8mph, is road legal and has a range of 14 miles. You simply won’t find anything else like it. But it’s so much more than a talking point. Read on to find out why.

This is a one of a kind, high quality collapsible electric scooter. It combines the durability and range of a mobile vehicle with the innovative light-weight design of an urban transporter.
The eFoldi is equipped with the lightweight Pro Li-ion battery, brushless motor and aluminium components. It weighs in at a mere 17kg. You’ll be amazed that a scooter like this one can weigh so little! It can be neatly folded into a wheeled suitcase shape. In suitcase format, the eFoldi can fit a car boot. Plus, unlike many mobility scooters, this scooter is finely-suited to public transport. With this scooter at your service, cruises and flights will no longer be beyond you.

The eFoldi has a key switch to turn it on and off. Additionally there is a key to secure the battery pack.
There are two battery packs to choose from:
The FarReach battery pack is designed for long range, weighs 1.8 kilograms (3.9 pounds), and can take you up to 22 kilometers (14 miles) on a full charge.
The AirSafe* battery pack (bought as an alternative or as an additional battery) weighs 1.1 kilograms (2.4 pounds) and will carry you up to 7 kilometers (4+ miles) on a full charge.
*If you are physically challenged and drive eFoldi as a mobility vehicle, you are allowed to take the FarReach battery onboard an aircraft. Please do check with the airline first. It’s important to be aware that different airlines have their own handling policies and procedures.

How light is the eFOLDi Explorer?
The eFOLDi Explorer weighs 17Kg / 38lbs without battery (19Kg / 42lbs with battery).
What tyre pressure should I pump my tyres up to?
This does depend upon the intended terrain and the weight of the load, but we recommend 35 PSI on each of the 3 tyres for a comfortable ride in most conditions.
Where is the battery on my eFOLDi Explorer located?
The battery is located in the compartment behind the back rest.
Can I take my eFOLDi Explorer on an aeroplane?
Yes. You can drive your eFOLDi Explorer up to the cabin doors, where you will be asked to take out the battery and keep it with you for the duration of the flight. The main eFOLDi Explorer will be taken to a secure part of the hold by the cabin crew and returned to you when you land.

Engineers Delivery
For an extra £150, your order can be delivered by an engineer within 7-14 working days subject to availability.
This is a good option if you suffer from mobility limitations, live in a rural area or in a second floor flat/apartment, or would just prefer a more personalised delivery experience.
You will receive a phone call to arrange a delivery date/time to suit you. On the day of your choice, the engineer will arrive and assemble your product and ensure it’s in full working order. Then they will provide a full demonstration, including charging, preparing and assembling/disassembling your product. The engineer will be happy to answer any of your questions during this time, and will even take all the unnecessary packaging with them when they leave.

Looks exquisite, I take pride in British workmanship and the standard of quality that comes with it. I did need to purchase an additional cushion as it was not the comfiest at first but once the new cushion was in place it was like the mobility scooter equivalent of a day trip to the spa. It is sturdy and looks clean, no unnecessary gadgets just does what it says on the tin which is something I feel is missing in todays world.
