Why do some products have 2 different prices displayed, for in-store vs online purchases?

This is because it reflects certain benefits you will receive buying in store vs online. Those include having having expert advice at hand in our stores to ensure you purchase the right product for your needs. Our experts can assess your requirements, demonstrate products, and also you can try-before-you-buy. It also means we can set the product up for you and you can take the item home the same day. The aftercare received from your local store will also allow you to be worry-free. To this end, the warranty cover on in-store purchases is substantially more extensive than with online purchases.

In order for us to provide our customers with all the desirable features from our industry-leading stores we have additional costs that allow us to provide the service required. This is reflected in the difference of prices online vs in store. Most online products are also drop-shipped directly from the manufacturers as kerb side delivery so this will have to be unboxed and set up by the purchaser. The Breezy Rubix 2 is a Manual Wheelchair that has been designed to suit all different individual user needs. It has adjustable back upholstery, adjustable seat depth and angle, angle adjustable footrests and comfort seating.

This Wheelchair can meet a broad range of clinical needs including hemiplegic specifications, angle adjustable and reclining backs, comfort seating. It is able to match the needs of a wide range of users

It is also available in an XL heavy duty wheelchair version with a higher user weight if necessary.

Castor Fork Adjustment- adds stability and increases adjustment to 0, 3 & 6 degrees
Rounded front armrest- Wider front armrest for greater comfort and safety and ease of transfer

Engineers Delivery

For an extra £150, your order can be delivered by an engineer within 7-14 working days subject to availability.

This is a good option if you suffer from mobility limitations, live in a rural area or in a second floor flat/apartment, or would just prefer a more personalised delivery experience.

You will receive a phone call to arrange a delivery date/time to suit you. On the day of your choice, the engineer will arrive and assemble your product and ensure it’s in full working order. Then they will provide a full demonstration, including charging, preparing and assembling/disassembling your product. The engineer will be happy to answer any of your questions during this time, and will even take all the unnecessary packaging with them when they leave.
