Why do some products have 2 different prices displayed, for in-store vs online purchases?

This is because it reflects certain benefits you will receive buying in store vs online. Those include having having expert advice at hand in our stores to ensure you purchase the right product for your needs. Our experts can assess your requirements, demonstrate products, and also you can try-before-you-buy. It also means we can set the product up for you and you can take the item home the same day. The aftercare received from your local store will also allow you to be worry-free. To this end, the warranty cover on in-store purchases is substantially more extensive than with online purchases.

In order for us to provide our customers with all the desirable features from our industry-leading stores we have additional costs that allow us to provide the service required. This is reflected in the difference of prices online vs in store. Most online products are also drop-shipped directly from the manufacturers as kerb side delivery so this will have to be unboxed and set up by the purchaser. The Roho Hybrid Select Cushion is an ergonomically contoured design made of a combination of foam and air.

This hybrid cushion has positioning capabilities utilizing the ISOFLO® Memory Control for two ROHO® sections: the dual zone overlay and the removable IT air insert that allows for offloading capabilities. The Roho Hybrid Select Cushion also has a uniquely shaped contoured foam base made of high resiliency (HR) foam with deep leg troughs and a cut out to provide relief to the tailbone.

The Hybrid Select pelvic loading area adjusts to your unique shape, weight, and positioning changes. The ROHO® overlay and IT insert utilizes the ISOFLO® Memory Control that allows you to easily find and set the right position each and every time. The Roho Hybrid Select Cushion also has a new unique ROHO® cell design to increases contact area and reduce pressure points.

The innovative design of the Hybrid Select uses the positioning capability of a contoured foam base with high resiliency (HR) foam and leg troughs to offer support, lateral stability, and a cut out to provide relief to the coccyx/tailbone. With Hybrid Select, experience truly functional stability combined with great skin and soft tissue protection. The contoured design of the Hybrid Select allows your pelvis to be immersed in air which shapes to you, moves with you, and protects your skin and soft tissue.

The Roho Hybrid Select Cushion offers an exclusive optional offloading technique by removing the ischial tuberosities (IT) air insert. It also provides flexibility and forgiveness that other offloading cushion do not, making it easier to be in the right position each and every time.

Engineers Delivery

For an extra £150, your order can be delivered by an engineer within 7-14 working days subject to availability.

This is a good option if you suffer from mobility limitations, live in a rural area or in a second floor flat/apartment, or would just prefer a more personalised delivery experience.

You will receive a phone call to arrange a delivery date/time to suit you. On the day of your choice, the engineer will arrive and assemble your product and ensure it’s in full working order. Then they will provide a full demonstration, including charging, preparing and assembling/disassembling your product. The engineer will be happy to answer any of your questions during this time, and will even take all the unnecessary packaging with them when they leave.

I am such a fidgeter, usually find it so hard to get comfortable. But with this, after a little while, I easily slid back into the most comfortable position. Gotta love memory foam!
