The Permobil F5 Corpus Powerchair is a powerful, stable and durable front wheel drive Powerchair. With agile suspension, this is ideal for users needing mobility levels for a more active outdoor life. It performs well over over varied terrain and longer distances. 

Top-class comfort

Market-leading Corpus Seating comes as standard with the Permobil F5 Powerchair. This seating system is designed to support the clinical, functional and lifestyle needs of individual active users. The Corpus seating design offers 5 optional power seat functions and programmable anterior tilt as a standard option. The F5 offers an active reach feature which both tilts the seat forward by up to 30° and raises it to extend functional reach. This makes transfers on and off the Powerchair much easier.

Permobil’s focus whilst designing the F5 chassis was on fine tuning the suspension and maximising ride comfort for the user. The F5 has fully independent suspension on all wheels creating comfort and performance over varied terrain. Caster glide pivot wheels keep you in control, with smooth manoeuvrability at low speeds and stability at high ones. The F5 is extremely reliable, so you can be confident of long-term comfort and performance, indoors and out. The F5 has a tight turning circle, so you’ll certainly have an agile experience during your ride.

Smooth and safe power recline is also on offer.

Opt in to excellence

A range of alternative driving controls are available for non-joystick users. Separate controls for carers are another useful option. Permobil’s latest driving and seat positioning controls are included on the F5. The user interface is also beautiful, because of the full-colour LCD display with memory functions, speedometer and clock.

Another impressive feature available is the ability of the F5 to reach 5km/hr at full elevation. Unsurprisingly, since this really enhances the F5 experience, it is a popular choice with our customers.
