Can my scooter be transported on an aeroplane?
Yes. It has a Lithium battery, please check our instructions and downloads tab for a copy of the MSDS in plenty of time before flying. It is important that you check with your airlines policy relating to the carrying of batteries onboard.
Can it be used in the rain?
Yes it can be however, we don’t recommend that our powered mobility products are stored or used in the rain unless appropriate covering/shelter is used.
How do I maintain my mobility scooter's battery?
To extend the life of your mobility scooter battery, charge it regularly and avoid letting it fully discharge. Store the battery in a cool, dry place and follow the manufacturer’s maintenance tips. Lithium-ion batteries are a great choice for longer life and faster charging.
What accessories are available for mobility scooters?

Engineers Delivery
For an extra £150, your order can be delivered by an engineer within 7-14 working days subject to availability.
This is a good option if you suffer from mobility limitations, live in a rural area or in a second floor flat/apartment, or would just prefer a more personalised delivery experience.
You will receive a phone call to arrange a delivery date/time to suit you. On the day of your choice, the engineer will arrive and assemble your product and ensure it’s in full working order. Then they will provide a full demonstration, including charging, preparing and assembling/disassembling your product. The engineer will be happy to answer any of your questions during this time, and will even take all the unnecessary packaging with them when they leave.

I have always been of the mind that folding scooters were better than dismantled ones but I never stopped to think about how practical of an option dismantling really is. For one, it isn’t a big heavy lump that I have to stick all in the same spot whereas with this I can chuck each piece anywhere without it being too much of a hassle.
