In-Store Vs Online Prices

Why do some products have 2 different prices displayed, for in-store vs online purchases?

This is because it reflects certain benefits you will receive buying in store vs online. Those include having having expert advice at hand in our stores to ensure you purchase the right product for your needs. Our experts can assess your requirements, demonstrate products, and also you can try-before-you-buy. It also means we can set the product up for you and you can take the item home the same day. The aftercare received from your local store will also allow you to be worry-free. To this end, the warranty cover on in-store purchases is substantially more extensive than with online purchases.

In order for us to provide our customers with all the desirable features from our industry-leading stores we have additional costs that allow us to provide the service required. This is reflected in the difference of prices online vs in store. Most online products are also drop-shipped directly from the manufacturers as kerb side delivery so this will have to be unboxed and set up by the purchaser. This is the case with variably-priced products. Prescriptive items in particular, e.g. powerchairs, have a base price which can vary greatly from the price with cost add-ons. For all variable products, the in-store price shown is the in-store price for the base model, i.e. the lowest-cost version of the product. The Furmanac MiBed Conwy is another bed from Furmanac’s Executive Collection. The Conwy boasts 50mm of memory foam on top of reflex foam, giving a sumptuous, luxurious feel, and providing full body support, encouraging a great nights rest.

The soft feel mattress conforms to the curves of the body, helping to keep your spine in natural alignment and improving posture. The memory foam absorbs energy, meaning that even someone else tossing and turning shouldn’t interrupt your sleep. The mattress also boasts Adaptive technology, helping to keep the user cool and dry all night, whilst the viscose cover is soft to the touch.

The motorised adjustable frame offers customisable support exactly where it is needed, helping to relieve minor aches and pains, whilst the sprung slats adapt to exerted pressure, offering improved support and facilitating even distribution of pressure which can help blood circulation. The sprung shoulder zone offers even better support for the neck and head.

The easy to use controller can be placed either side for the bed for ease of use.

Engineers Delivery

For an extra £150, your order can be delivered by an engineer within 7-14 working days subject to availability.

This is a good option if you suffer from mobility limitations, live in a rural area or in a second floor flat/apartment, or would just prefer a more personalised delivery experience.

You will receive a phone call to arrange a delivery date/time to suit you. On the day of your choice, the engineer will arrive and assemble your product and ensure it’s in full working order. Then they will provide a full demonstration, including charging, preparing and assembling/disassembling your product. The engineer will be happy to answer any of your questions during this time, and will even take all the unnecessary packaging with them when they leave.
