The Banwell is a powerful dual-motor riser recliner. This bariatric chair is designed for the heavier or wider customer. As would be expected, it provides users the utmost reassurance and comfort.

Two motors, two options

Option 1: 40-stone Banwell with 25-stone leg lift

This model is designed for the larger customer. We would also recommend it for those suffering with swollen legs. Especially if they need a footboard for that little bit more comfort. This option can carry up to 25 stone on its footboard. This compares very favourably to other chairs.

40-stone option seat dimensions:

Height – 48.2cm / 19’’
Width – 64.8cm / 25½’’
Depth – 53.3cm / 21’’

Option 2: 35-stone Banwell with tilt-in-space

This recliner model is also for the heavier customer. If the user needs unparalleled comfort plus head and back support, this is the best choice. The seat back does not move when reclining the chair. Because of this, you’ll get full support during the chair’s motion. Then the back can be separately adjusted for maximum comfort.

35-stone option seat dimensions:

Engineers Delivery

For an extra £150, your order can be delivered by an engineer within 7-14 working days subject to availability.

This is a good option if you suffer from mobility limitations, live in a rural area or in a second floor flat/apartment, or would just prefer a more personalised delivery experience.

You will receive a phone call to arrange a delivery date/time to suit you. On the day of your choice, the engineer will arrive and assemble your product and ensure it’s in full working order. Then they will provide a full demonstration, including charging, preparing and assembling/disassembling your product. The engineer will be happy to answer any of your questions during this time, and will even take all the unnecessary packaging with them when they leave.
