Why do some products have 2 different prices displayed, for in-store vs online purchases?

This is because it reflects certain benefits you will receive buying in store vs online. Those include having having expert advice at hand in our stores to ensure you purchase the right product for your needs. Our experts can assess your requirements, demonstrate products, and also you can try-before-you-buy. It also means we can set the product up for you and you can take the item home the same day. The aftercare received from your local store will also allow you to be worry-free. To this end, the warranty cover on in-store purchases is substantially more extensive than with online purchases.

In order for us to provide our customers with all the desirable features from our industry-leading stores we have additional costs that allow us to provide the service required. This is reflected in the difference of prices online vs in store. Most online products are also drop-shipped directly from the manufacturers as kerb side delivery so this will have to be unboxed and set up by the purchaser. The Drive Autofold Powerchair is a new product on the market, one of its main features is the remote control function that enables the chair to be easily folded or unfolded in seconds by the touch of a button.

This powerchair also includes several other new features to provide a comfortable and easy ride to make the users experience much better. It has a very stylish design that catches peoples eye and remote fold down to an excellent compact size which is ideal for transportation in a car, train, coach or airplane storage.

What sort of terrain can this powerchair handle?

This powerchair can deal with bumpier paths than some similar models, thanks to its suspension. Lifestyle & Mobility would still advise that you mainly stick to solid manmade surfaces and avoid steeper slopes with this chair, however.

What is the main advantage of rear-wheel drive powerchairs?

These chairs tend to have a bit more power to their performance, which helps with outdoor use. So even a more lightweight rear-wheel drive chair like this one will handle park lawns and similar easily enough.

Engineers Delivery

For an extra £150, your order can be delivered by an engineer within 7-14 working days subject to availability.

This is a good option if you suffer from mobility limitations, live in a rural area or in a second floor flat/apartment, or would just prefer a more personalised delivery experience.

You will receive a phone call to arrange a delivery date/time to suit you. On the day of your choice, the engineer will arrive and assemble your product and ensure it’s in full working order. Then they will provide a full demonstration, including charging, preparing and assembling/disassembling your product. The engineer will be happy to answer any of your questions during this time, and will even take all the unnecessary packaging with them when they leave.

I’m not strong enough to lift anything too heavy up anymore so auto folding tech is such a game changer, I just transfer onto my settee and fold this up. Easy peasy.
