Can the batteries be removed?
Yes the batteries can be removed.
Can this Mobility Scooter be taken on airplanes?
Hi there, yes this scooter can be taken on airplanes.
Can I take my mobility scooter on a cruise?
Whether a mobility scooter is allowed on a cruise depends both on the dimensions of the scooter and whether the battery is rated safe for air travel (if it is rated safe for air travel, it should also be fine for a cruise) Do always check with your trip provider as to what the maximum permitted dimensions for a scooter on your cruise are. Also, we recommend investigating whether they have specific requirements around batteries in excess of the minimum standards for air travel.
What colour options are available for this scooter?
This scooter is available in black or blue
How is scooter range calculated?
Scooter range is generally calculated under test conditions, which are not easily replicated in the real world. This means that the scooter will be used on an entirely flat surface, with ideal weather conditions and with a minimal user weight. Because of this, scooters tend not to meet their entire stated range outside factory conditions.
Would this be considered to be a budget or premium scooter?
This would be considered to be a budget mobility scooter. That is not to say, however, that it is poor quality, rather that it is an entry-level model, which may be well-suited to the needs of a first-time user.
Can I drive this mobility scooter on the road?
Can this scooter be driven off road?
As a smaller boot scooter, this mobility scooter is not ideal for off-road (or off-pavement) use. If you’re looking for something better suited to that purpose, we can happily help you.
Do you stock anything particularly recommended for cold weather use with this scooter?
We would particularly recommend the Splash Scooter Cosy and the Lined Splash Deluxe Sleeved Universal Poncho for use in cold and wet weather alike.

It’s got lite in the name and it’s certainly that though I suppose it also has Astro yet it doesn’t get you to the moon. What it does do however is glide around the shops, with this scooter I am never worried about knocking things off of shelves as it turns on a dime.

I enjoy the very tasteful dark blue colour
Codie Morrison –
The adjustable armrests area a help, usually they’re rigid and there isn’t a lot of room between the tiller and the seat.
