Why do some products have 2 different prices displayed, for in-store vs online purchases?

This is because it reflects certain benefits you will receive buying in store vs online. Those include having having expert advice at hand in our stores to ensure you purchase the right product for your needs. Our experts can assess your requirements, demonstrate products, and also you can try-before-you-buy. It also means we can set the product up for you and you can take the item home the same day. The aftercare received from your local store will also allow you to be worry-free. To this end, the warranty cover on in-store purchases is substantially more extensive than with online purchases.

In order for us to provide our customers with all the desirable features from our industry-leading stores we have additional costs that allow us to provide the service required. This is reflected in the difference of prices online vs in store. Most online products are also drop-shipped directly from the manufacturers as kerb side delivery so this will have to be unboxed and set up by the purchaser. DIETZ Power has developed a powered wheelchair with front-wheel drive, specially for people weighing up to 250 kg. This very sturdily constructed and extremely reliable SANGO XXL wheelchair combines excellent driving characteristics with optimum manoeuvrability.

This powered wheelchair with front-wheel drive is very strongly built and offers reliability. It combines excellent driving characteristics with optimum manoeuvrability and great performance outdoors.
In addition to all of this, users of the SANGO xxl can opt for powered adjustments (such as a back adjustment, tilt adjustment, seat lift and the “Catapult” seat) up to the maximum user weight – something that other models on the market do not offer.

The SANGO xxl features a specially designed wide frame, sturdier driving motors, heavy-duty suspension, reinforced wheels, and the option of 100 Ah battery capacity. The SANGO xxl offers people weighing up to 250 kg renewed mobility.

DIETZ Power has opted to fit these wheelchairs for heavier users with front-wheel drive. This works best in practice, as the centre of gravity is often further forwards. To make getting up easier, the SANGO xxl can be fitted with an optional ‘Catapult’ mechanism to support the user.

Engineers Delivery

For an extra £150, your order can be delivered by an engineer within 7-14 working days subject to availability.

This is a good option if you suffer from mobility limitations, live in a rural area or in a second floor flat/apartment, or would just prefer a more personalised delivery experience.

You will receive a phone call to arrange a delivery date/time to suit you. On the day of your choice, the engineer will arrive and assemble your product and ensure it’s in full working order. Then they will provide a full demonstration, including charging, preparing and assembling/disassembling your product. The engineer will be happy to answer any of your questions during this time, and will even take all the unnecessary packaging with them when they leave.
