The Quickie Q500 offers great outdoor performance and indoor manoeuvrability. it also has been designed to provide great stability on steep declines for the user. Combined with the benefits of the highly customisable Sedeo Pro seating and advanced control options, Sunrise Medical have created the perfect powerchair for any adventure.

The front-wheel drive on the Quickie Q500 F creates a stable base. It is easy to drive and command this powerchair.

With Spirit Level Technology, the Q500 F gives an extremely comfortable ride.

Whether you prefer a firmer ride, or a soft and comfortable one, you can fine-tune the Q500 F to suit you. Both front drive wheels are connected by a pivot bar. This absorbs the natural pull to one side when travelling across cambers and round corners at speed. Plus adjustable springs ensure you keep maximum traction all the time. Whatever your driving style or the terrain beneath the tyres, this chair can cater for you.

Turning things around

The Q500 F has a tight turning circle that allows you to easily navigate indoors and outdoors. You can also easily sit under tables and access Wheelchair Adaptive Vehicles (WAVs) with a low seat height. Indeed, this seat height starts at just 415 mm.

This chair puts great power and speed at your fingertips with its 4-pole high torque motors.

The Quickie Q500 F has the market-renowned Sedeo Pro seating system. This system combines a highly adjustable and configurable seating frame with an excellent choice of support options. These options include a wide range of Sedeo Pro seat cushions and backrests for mild to medium clinical needs. The Sedeo Pro is very comfortable to use and can enhance user independence in everyday life. Thanks to in-built infinite adjustment, the Sedeo Pro can change to fit evolving needs. Many of these adjustments can be made whilst you’re sitting in the chair to ensure maximum accuracy.

Control your environment with the Q500 R Sedeo Pro and its advanced controller technology. Available with the reliable VR2 control and the superior R-Net advanced joystick, the large and easy-to-read HD display and simple to control paddle switches allow for intuitive operation. You can also easily take control using the integrated Infra Red functionality. This feature allows you to control your TV, docking stations and other home entertainment systems easily via your joystick.
