FAQs

What colour options are available for this scooter?

This scooter is only available in black

Does this scooter have any USB charging ports?

This scooter does not have any USB charging ports

How is scooter range calculated?

Scooter range is generally calculated under test conditions, which are not easily replicated in the real world. This means that the scooter will be used on an entirely flat surface, with ideal weather conditions and with a minimal user weight. Because of this, scooters tend not to meet their entire stated range outside factory conditions.

Can I customise my mobility scooter?

Certain mobility scooters do offer a variety of customisation options, allowing you to create a mobility scooter that meets your specific needs and style.

Do I need a driving license to use a mobility scooter?

For Class 2 (standard 4mph boot scooters and pavement scooters) or Class 3 (8mph road-legal mobility scooters) you don’t need a driving license

How do I maintain my mobility scooter's battery?

To extend the life of your mobility scooter battery, charge it regularly and avoid letting it fully discharge. Store the battery in a cool, dry place and follow the manufacturer’s maintenance tips. Lithium-ion batteries are a great choice for longer life and faster charging.

Can I buy this mobility scooter on finance?

Yes! for more information on our finance options click here

Does this scooter have off board battery charging?

This mobility scooter does have off-board charging for its battery

Can I drive this mobility scooter on the road?

This is a 4mph boot scooter, so it is not road legal.

Can this scooter be driven off road?

As a smaller boot scooter, this mobility scooter is not ideal for off-road (or off-pavement) use. If you’re looking for something better suited to that purpose, we can happily help you.

This scooter is soooooooooooooo light. It's basic in every other way, but if you want something easy to lift (like I did) then this is going to be hard to best.
