A Small Scooter with a High Carry Capacity
The Traveller Sport, from Pride, is a boot scooter which goes beyond typical expectations. With larger deck space and an increased maximum user weight of 23 stone 3 lbs, you get a lot of potential in an affordable package.
The Traveller Sport mobility scooter disassembles easily and quickly into 5 parts, making it a great choice for taking with you on your travels. When disassembled, the heaviest piece (front chassis and tiller) weighs a very manageable 20kg.
The ground clearance on this electric scooter is 1.5″ at the lowest point, and it can handle gradients of up to 6 degrees without issue. 9″ puncture-proof wheels come as standard with this boot scooter.
Enhanced Electricals
The 18Ah battery can be charged on or off-board and you’ll get a range of at least 10 miles per charge. This sort of range is above average for boot scooters, sticking to the design philosophy behind the Go Go Sport mobility scooter. The non-spill batteries are air-safe (though we always recommend checking with carriers before flying)
The Traveller Sport has a front LED light for your convenience and peace of mind.

This mobility scooter does have a removable battery pack for off board charging.

Do you sell wet weather accessories for this scooter?
Of course. With rainy weather being a constant possibility in the UK, we stock a wide range of wet weather coverings for all your outdoor mobility scooter needs.
Can I try before I buy?
Yes! You can always pop into one of our stores to try any product currently stocked there. Do phone ahead to avoid disappointment, as our range is very large, and so we cannot guarantee that all products will be available at all of our stores all the time. If you’re a little further away from our stores, we can potentially arrange free in-home demonstrations on our products. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us if you’re interested in this possibility.
Can this scooter be driven off road?
As a smaller boot scooter, this mobility scooter is not ideal for off-road (or off-pavement) use. If you’re looking for something better suited to that purpose, we can happily help you.
Can I customise my mobility scooter?
Certain mobility scooters do offer a variety of customisation options, allowing you to create a mobility scooter that meets your specific needs and style.

Engineers Delivery – For an extra £150, your order can be delivered by an engineer within 7-14 working days subject to availability.
This is a good option if you suffer from mobility limitations, live in a rural area or in a second floor flat/apartment, or would just prefer a more personalised delivery experience.
You will receive a phone call to arrange a delivery date/time to suit you. On the day of your choice, the engineer will arrive and assemble your product and ensure it’s in full working order. Then they will provide a full demonstration, including charging, preparing and assembling/disassembling your product. The engineer will be happy to answer any of your questions during this time, and will even take all the unnecessary packaging with them when they leave.
