The Over Door Exercise Pulley is ideal for improve range of motion and co-ordination in the shoulder, arm and hand following injury or CVA.
Regularly used in physiotherapy environments, these shoulder pulleys enable the stronger arm to pull up the affected arm in a controlled stretching motion, making it ideal for engaging slow, passive stretching.
Easily installed over a door, this exercise pulley is ideal for continuing rehabilitation in the home. The 2.6m (8′) rope can be easily adjusted to ensure a proper fit and the large handles make it easy to grasp for those who might have limited dexterity following their injury, and cuff style weights can be added to one side for more resistance and to build muscle strength (sold separately please contact us for assistance).

Engineer’s Delivery – For an extra £150, your order can be delivered by an engineer within 7-14 working days subject to availability.
This is a good option if you suffer from mobility limitations, live in a rural area or in a second floor flat/apartment, or would just prefer a more personalised delivery experience.
You will receive a phone call to arrange a delivery date/time to suit you. On the day of your choice, the engineer will arrive and assemble your product and ensure it’s in full working order. Then they will provide a full demonstration, including charging, preparing and assembling/disassembling your product. The engineer will be happy to answer any of your questions during this time, and will even take all the unnecessary packaging with them when they leave.
Delivery of Bespoke Made to Order Products
Please note prescriptive/bespoke products can take anywhere between 3-8 weeks to be made and delivered. Your trusted mobility assessor will be able to provide a more accurate lead time on completion of the initial assessment.
