Keeping situations safe
The Solo’s height adjustment provides the benefits of both floor and nursing beds. By night it can be put at just 11cm (from floor to top of mattress platform) to guard against serious falls. By contrast, when nurse care is needed, the bed can be elevated to 73.5cm. This ability to adjust is such a brilliant feature of this bed. And it really makes it stand out from the competition.
The Solo Comfort Plus also has split side rails. The split side rails give thorough protection against bed falls. At the same time, they maintain easy access to the bed. The head and foot end rails can be raised and lowered independently.
Sleep sounder
The Solo Comfort features an advanced auto-regression profiling function. This is designed to prevent stomach compression. It also works to enhance relaxation and comfort for users. Allowing for additional space and comfort, the Solo Comfort has a built-in length extension mechanism. Taller users are fully catered for by this 20cm of extra space. Another great feature.
The Solo will protect your pelvis. The design emphasises keeping this important area as level as can be. Boasting an advanced pelvic protection system, the bed can be tilted forwards. This helps breathing and circulation in a way that non-tilting beds can’t.
Finally, what we consider one of the best features of this bed. It can adjust into an in-bed seated position. Many beds won’t do this. So it’s worthwhile considering one that does.
