The new model Permobil M5 Corpus has been designed for more adventure and for users who require more performance across the board.
Performance enhancement
The M5 has high performance motors giving a top speed of 11km/h and low-end torque which means users are able to pivot like never before. You’ll experience superb stability and comfort due to the FlexLink Pro independent drive wheel suspension. Since the M5 has suspension on all 6 wheels, you’ll discover superior ride comfort, traction and stability. With increased stability and full suspension even at 35cm of seat elevation, the Permobil M5 Corpus takes users to new heights.
Active Reach tilts the seat forward by up to 20° and raises it to extend the users functional reach. This means easier transfers and daily activities for you. The Active Height features lets users drive at up to 5 km/h while fully elevated. Combined with Active Reach, Active Height is a powerful tool for giving you the best access to your environment.
Sit pretty
The Corpus Seating System is a standout in its class. Its new Corpus Cushion improves comfort, pelvic positioning, lateral stability and immersion, all part of what give the system its reputation. Corpus cushions also feature softer dual-density foam on the backrest, a re-designed pelvic well and Stretch-Air. Stretch-Air is a breathable and water-resistant cushion fabric that is machine-washable at 60°C.
Power up your Powerchair
The new Permobil battery and Permobil VoltPro charger provide users with up to 25% greater driving distance, quicker charging times and longer battery life. A selection of colour schemes are also available, since Permobil understand how important individuality is to their users.

Engineer’s Delivery – For an extra £150, your order can be delivered by an engineer within 7-14 working days subject to availability.
This is a good option if you suffer from mobility limitations, live in a rural area or in a second floor flat/apartment, or would just prefer a more personalised delivery experience.
You will receive a phone call to arrange a delivery date/time to suit you. On the day of your choice, the engineer will arrive and assemble your product and ensure it’s in full working order. Then they will provide a full demonstration, including charging, preparing and assembling/disassembling your product. The engineer will be happy to answer any of your questions during this time, and will even take all the unnecessary packaging with them when they leave.
Delivery of Bespoke Made to Order Products
Please note prescriptive/bespoke products can take anywhere between 3-8 weeks to be made and delivered. Your trusted mobility assessor will be able to provide a more accurate lead time on completion of the initial assessment.
