A new transit wheelchair from LuXe, the LuXe Mobility Go Traveller is designed for a little bit more. Upscaled rear wheels make it a more stable ride experience for the user. So, if you’re wanting to get out and enjoy a sunny day in the park, this is an affordable and efficient choice. Ergonomic handgrips on the backrest, and easy-to-use brakes make this a straightforward product for an attendant to “get a handle on” as it were. LuXe Mobility always try to account for some of the overlooked requirements of mobility product users. In the case of this wheelchair, the need for the attendant on a transit wheelchair to feel secure with the product, was a consideration.
Quality You Can’t Question
You can choose between a rich red or bold blue paintjob with this folding wheelchair. But, you don’t have to choose between ease of transport and strong construction. The backrest of the LuXe Mobility Go Traveller folds down with ridiculous ease. So, it’ll stow into the places which other transit wheelchairs simply won’t. Those impressive folded-down dimension don’t mean diluted carry capacity though. This wheelchair is fully capable of carrying a maximum user weight of over 21 stone. It has a broad seat. When unfolded, you have 19 inches of width and 18 inches of depth. So, sit back and go travel!

Engineer’s Delivery – For an extra £150, your order can be delivered by an engineer within 7-14 working days subject to availability.
This is a good option if you suffer from mobility limitations, live in a rural area or in a second floor flat/apartment, or would just prefer a more personalised delivery experience.
You will receive a phone call to arrange a delivery date/time to suit you. On the day of your choice, the engineer will arrive and assemble your product and ensure it’s in full working order. Then they will provide a full demonstration, including charging, preparing and assembling/disassembling your product. The engineer will be happy to answer any of your questions during this time, and will even take all the unnecessary packaging with them when they leave.
Delivery of Bespoke Made to Order Products
Please note prescriptive/bespoke products can take anywhere between 3-8 weeks to be made and delivered. Your trusted mobility assessor will be able to provide a more accurate lead time on completion of the initial assessment.
