The Limbo Dressing Protector is designed to keep your plaster or dressing dry while bathing and showering. This product is a self-supporting garment which prevents the penetration of water to plaster casts or wound dressings during bathing. It is comfortable and non constricting to use. The product is intended for use in a bath or shower. It allows the wearer to be able to enjoy the simple pleasures of bathing and showering with a wound or a cast that must be kept dry. Check that the rubber seal remains undamaged before using. Carefully follow the fitting instructions for your Limbo to ensure that it is watertight. The product should not be worn for more than 20 to 30 minutes at a time. Follow the simple guidelines in the fitting instructions to ensure that your product will last through the average users duration of treatment.

Engineer’s Delivery – For an extra £150, your order can be delivered by an engineer within 7-14 working days subject to availability.
This is a good option if you suffer from mobility limitations, live in a rural area or in a second floor flat/apartment, or would just prefer a more personalised delivery experience.
You will receive a phone call to arrange a delivery date/time to suit you. On the day of your choice, the engineer will arrive and assemble your product and ensure it’s in full working order. Then they will provide a full demonstration, including charging, preparing and assembling/disassembling your product. The engineer will be happy to answer any of your questions during this time, and will even take all the unnecessary packaging with them when they leave.
Delivery of Bespoke Made to Order Products
Please note prescriptive/bespoke products can take anywhere between 3-8 weeks to be made and delivered. Your trusted mobility assessor will be able to provide a more accurate lead time on completion of the initial assessment.
