Why do some products have 2 different prices displayed, for in-store vs online purchases?

This is because it reflects certain benefits you will receive buying in store vs online. Those include having having expert advice at hand in our stores to ensure you purchase the right product for your needs. Our experts can assess your requirements, demonstrate products, and also you can try-before-you-buy. It also means we can set the product up for you and you can take the item home the same day. The aftercare received from your local store will also allow you to be worry-free. To this end, the warranty cover on in-store purchases is substantially more extensive than with online purchases.

In order for us to provide our customers with all the desirable features from our industry-leading stores we have additional costs that allow us to provide the service required. This is reflected in the difference of prices online vs in store. Most online products are also drop-shipped directly from the manufacturers as kerb side delivery so this will have to be unboxed and set up by the purchaser. The Lifestyle Rosemore Dual Motor Riser Recliner is a new dual motor riser recliner on the market. Exclusive to Lifestyle & Mobility, this is the perfect way to enjoy electric comfort at home. Dual motors allow for multiple folding and unfolding movements simultaneously, letting the chair take care of a larger portion of your mobility for you.

The ergonomic and intuitive controller gives you full power over the movements of this chair. Meanwhile, assembling this chair is easy and quick. The engineer’s delivery option makes getting your new riser recliner chair up and running a breeze.

Key Specifications

This powered indoor chair provides a luxurious experience for users up to 23 stone 6lbs (150kg) You’ll find the seat itself to be wonderfully spacious. The chair back is 30″ high from seat level to top, keeping you nicely ensconced.

There’s additional comfort and useful support for users with particularly reduced mobility, affecting core strength. This is all thanks to the chair’s fully-upholstered positioning cushions. These are built into the rear of the seat.

At a modest total weight of just 50kg (less if split into its component parts) this chair can be easily moved from place to place within your house. It is also a straightforward item to transport in the event of a house move.

Yes. If you need additional, or specialised, support whilst using this or any other chair, Lifestyle & Mobility stock a comprehensive range of pressure cushions and other orthopaedic accessories, which should contain exactly what you need.

What's the best way to clean this chair?

We recommend wiping the chair down with a dry cloth, if required.

What is the difference between single motor and dual motor riser recliners?

Single motor riser recliners have all their motions controlled by a single motor, whereas dual motor chairs have their motions controlled by two motors. This means that single motor riser recliners cannot perform multiple actions simultaneously. So, a dual motor chair can have the backrest and footrest adjust independently of one another and simultaneously, unlike a single motor option.

Can Lifestyle & Mobility help with setting up this product?

Of course. We offer Engineer’s Delivery as an option with all our riser recliners. Provided that you are based in the UK mainland, and/or near enough to one of our stores, we will not only deliver to you, but set up and demonstrate your new chair for you in-house.

Can I try this product before I buy?

Whenever possible, we like to offer customers this opportunity with our products. This product currently has a good presence in our showrooms. Contact your nearest store today to find out if they have one there for you to try.

Is it recommended to sleep on this product?

Whilst the Lifestyle Rosemore Dual Motor Riser Recliner is capable of reaching a nearly horizontal orientation, it isn’t recommended for extended sleeping use. That’s not to say that it’s unsuitable for naps, of course. It’s just to note that it is important to be aware of your individual pressure needs when using this or any other riser recliner chair out there on the UK market.

Engineers Delivery

For an extra £150, your order can be delivered by an engineer within 7-14 working days subject to availability.

This is a good option if you suffer from mobility limitations, live in a rural area or in a second floor flat/apartment, or would just prefer a more personalised delivery experience.

You will receive a phone call to arrange a delivery date/time to suit you. On the day of your choice, the engineer will arrive and assemble your product and ensure it’s in full working order. Then they will provide a full demonstration, including charging, preparing and assembling/disassembling your product. The engineer will be happy to answer any of your questions during this time, and will even take all the unnecessary packaging with them when they leave.
