A Practical Boot Scooter

The Electric Mobility Vie Scooter is designed for easy transportability. This scooter features a front section weighing just 14.8kg, providing versatility and enjoyment for outdoor activities with friends and family. Its practical design includes a robust take-apart mechanism, making it effortless to store or transport in the boot of your car, ideal for daily use.

A Bargain Price

This is both a quality mobility product, and an economically priced one. Thanks to a maximum range of 13 miles on a single charge, the Electric Mobility Vie Scooter is perfect for your daily shopping trips. It is also a great choice of scooter if you want to pack it into the car boot for a longer journey. This 4mph scooter is comfortable to use, yet rugged & nimble with a tight turning circle.

The maximum carrying capacity allows for a user weight of up to 19 stone, a very solid performance for a pavement scooter. 2 inches of ground clearance are another bonus, making using this scooter outdoors easier. Good ground clearance is particularly important when it comes to roadside kerbs.

FAQs

Are there speed limits for mobility scooters?

Yes, mobility scooters have speed limits. On pavements, the maximum speed is 4 mph. On roads, road-legal scooters can travel up to 8 mph. Always adhere to these limits for safety and compliance with UK regulations.

What accessories are available for this scooter?

Don’t forget! We offer a wide range of scooter accessories, some of which are available at a discounted rate when purchased alongside one of our scooters.

Do you sell wet weather accessories for this scooter?

Of course. With rainy weather being a constant possibility in the UK, we stock a wide range of wet weather coverings for all your outdoor mobility scooter needs.

Can I drive this mobility scooter on the road?

This is a 4mph boot scooter, so it is not road legal. If you are interested in larger, road legal mobility scooters, please follow either this link, or this link.

Can this scooter be driven off road?

As a smaller boot scooter, this mobility scooter is not ideal for off-road (or off-pavement) use. If you’re looking for something better suited to that purpose, we can happily help you.

What colour options are available for this scooter?

This scooter is available in blue or red

How is scooter range calculated?

Scooter range is generally calculated under test conditions, which are not easily replicated in the real world. This means that the scooter will be used on an entirely flat surface, with ideal weather conditions and with a minimal user weight. Because of this, scooters tend not to meet their entire stated range outside factory conditions.

Do you stock anything particularly recommended for cold weather use with this scooter?

We would particularly recommend the Splash Scooter Cosy and the Lined Splash Deluxe Sleeved Universal Poncho for use in cold and wet weather alike.

Would this be considered to be a budget or premium scooter?

This would be considered to be a budget mobility scooter. That is not to say, however, that it is poor quality, rather that it is an entry-level model, which may be well-suited to the needs of a first-time user.

Can I try before I buy?

Yes! You can always pop into one of our stores to try any product currently stocked there. Do phone ahead to avoid disappointment, as our range is very large, and so we cannot guarantee that all products will be available at all of our stores all the time. If you’re a little further away from our stores, we can potentially arrange free in-home demonstrations on our products. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us if you’re interested in this possibility.

A natty wee thing, as my mother would've said. A little on the "no-frills" side, but that wasn't really what I was after anyhow, so it does me more than well enough.
