Opera® Eclipse Air Mattress System

The Opera® Eclipse is a deep cell full-replacement alternating air mattress system that utilises advanced technology to provide optimum pressure relief and comfort.

PRESSURE RISK CATEGORY: VERY HIGH
The Opera® Eclipse Air Mattress System is designed to provide optimum pressure relief and comfort for users who are at a very high risk for developing pressure sores. The Eclipse uses advanced technology making it suitable in the prevention of pressure sores and treatment for existing sores.

DEEP-CELL ALTERNATING THERAPY
The Opera® Eclipse is made up of 20 lateral 8in deep air cells that alternate to redistribute pressure across the user’s body. The alternating air cells are powered by a pump unit which has weight adjustment.

AUTO-WEIGHING TECHNOLOGY
Auto-weighing technology responds to user body weight to effectively apply the optimum level of airflow through the mattress air cells. A comfort adjustment setting allows more air to be put in or taken out of the mattress to adjust firmness if needed.

CONSTANT LOW AIR THERAPY SETTING
The Eclipse can be switched to constant low therapy. This gently immerses the user into the mattress and reduces the contact pressure by increasing the surface area over which they are supported.

MAXIMUM INFLATION MODE
The Eclipse can be put into maximum inflation mode, a function that inflates all air cells to maximum pressure. In this mode, the user can be easily transferred from the mattress or repositioned.

INTELLIGENT UPRIGHT FUNCTION
When the backrest of the profiling bed is raised, the air cells directly beneath the user’s seat will be increased in pressure to prevent bottoming out.

FULL REPLACEMENT SYSTEM
The Eclipse is a full replacement deep mattress designed to be placed straight on a profiling bed base. It can be secured to the bed base by elasticated mattress retention straps.

SUPER QUIET PUMP UNIT
The Opera® Eclipse includes a Super Quiet Pump Unit. This allows the user to continue with daily life and not have the pump be a nuisance or interrupt. The pump emits minimal noise which is designed so that the user is not disturbed during their sleep.

ANTIMICROBIAL BREATHABLE COVER
The Eclipse cover is impregnated with antimicrobial agents ensuring the mattress is resistant to bacterial and fungal growth. The cover is water resistant and fully wipe clean and machine washable for easy maintenance.
